FINDING THE TIME OF
TIME ZONE©
In the
Aristean Time Zones, the world is divided into 20 divisions. Each division or zone is 18 degrees longitude
wide and time is 5 aristos wide. The
time is in aristos. Details of the Aristean
Time Zones is at http://www.geocities.com/peacecrusader888/timezone.htm
and the Aristean Decimal Time is at http://www.geocities.com/peacecrusader888/decimaltime.htm.
The formula
to find the time of a Time Zone is:
T2 = 5(Z2 – Z1)
+ T1
where T1 is the time of the
given Time Zone,
T2 is the time of the
Time Zone sought for,
Z1 is the Zone Number of the
given Time Zone, and
Z2 is the Zone Number of
the Time Zone in question.

Time is

Note: If T2 is more than 100, the time
is the tens part, like in examples 3 and 7, they are 5 of 105, and 55 of 155,
respectively. But the date of Z2 is
plus one day of date of Z1.
If T2 is negative, the
time is 100 + T2. In examples
4 and 8, they are 100 + (-10) or 90, and 100 + (-15) or 85, respectively. The date of Z2 is one day less
than the date of Z1.
